3.25 inches high by 2.5 inches tall DIRECTIONS FOR USE ò Bring a pot of water to a full boil. ò Remove the lid from the coddler and lightly butter the inside of the cup. ò Break an egg into the coddler and season with salt & pepper, etc. ò Replace the lid - being careful not to screw on too tightly. ò Place coddler in boiling water - water should reach about halfway up the coddler. ò Simmer for 5 - 7 minutes. ò Remove from pot and hold in towel or potholders to unscrew the top - do not turn by ring. For a special touch. you can add cheese, ham, onions, bacon, tomatoes, or any thing you like to suit your tastes! keep In mind, if using ingredients that require extra cooking, add a few minutes to your cooking time. CARE & HANDLING ò The Egg Coddler is not dishwasher or microwave safe. ò For cleaning, we recommend that the coddlers be soaked in soap and water.
