This will be a great class if you, your family members or friends are on a gluten-free diet. Karen Miller will demonstrate how to make a variety of gluten-free and wheat-free baked goods tonight including Rainbow Cookies and S'mores. Karen will also bring a variety of her delicious breads and sweet goods from her bakery for you to taste. Bring your own wine or enjoy complimentary coffee and tea from Kitch n' Kaffe's Coffee Bar.
It's worth the trip to Three Dogs Gluten-Free Bakery to enjoy Karen's huge variety of freshly-baked breads and desserts. They are located a 510 North State Road in Briarcliff Manor, NY.
