This Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Santoku "Chopper" has a 5.5" precision sharp cutting blade with Hollow Grounds which reduce friction for smoother cuts. It's ergonomic design is created to be an extension of your hand for natural comfort while chopping & rocking through food product.
